Radio Kamalvani 90.4 Mhz is working since 2012 (First CRS in Shekhawati) LEAD COMMUNITY RADIO station declared by MIB, Govt. of India.
Role & Responsibility of Lead CRS –
1. Act as nodal point in the region for dissemination of information relating to the Community Radio.
2. Identify and create a data bank with basic information of the potential aspirants for the CRS in the region.
3. Provide hand-holding to the Community Radio aspirant organizations in the region and scout them with all necessary informational support.
4. Set-up a help desk to facilitate organizations with a helpline/phone number which may be publicized on their website.
5. Report to the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, from time to time.
